- Upon placing an order on our website, it will be processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders received after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers:
- We utilize reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other trusted shipping partners.
- Available shipping methods will be presented at checkout, allowing you to select the one that best fits your needs.

3. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are determined by factors like destination, package weight, size, and selected shipping method.
- The precise shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.

4. Delivery Time:
- Delivery time estimates vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- For customers in Cairo and Giza, delivery typically takes 1 to 6 days from when you place your order. 
- For customers in other governorates, delivery typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days.

5. Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees for different regions are as follows:
- Cairo and Giza: 60 Egyptian pounds.
- New Cities and outskirts: 80 Egyptian pounds.
- Coastal Governorates (Alexandria, Eastern, Western, Dakahlia, Suez, Ismailia, Menoufia, Beheira, Kafr El Sheikh): 80 Egyptian pounds.
- Upper Egypt (Fayoum, Minya, Beni Suef, Assiut, Sohag, Luxor, Aswan, Qena): 100 Egyptian pounds.
- Red Sea and New Valley: 100 Egyptian pounds.

6. Partial Delivery:
- Partial delivery is available exclusively in Cairo and Giza.
- Regrettably, partial delivery is not an option in other governorates.

7. Tracking Your Order:
- Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website or through our order tracking page.

8. Address Accuracy:
- Providing accurate shipping information is crucial for successful delivery.
- Manno Designs cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment during transit, please contact our customer support team promptly.
- We'll collaborate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue swiftly.
